A culinary trip to Peru capped a year of wonderful work & company

On Saturday evening the wider G4 family gathered for our annual holiday party. This year we took a culinary trip to Peru at Limon in San Francisco. We dined family style at long tables, catching up with colleagues, alumni, and significant others over plates of ceviche mixto, lomo saltaldo, quinoa salad, Gruyere mac & cheese (??), and of course Limon’s famous succulent rotisserie chicken and chilled cocktails. The servers assured us we were not the *wildest* dinner party they’ve hosted at their Mission District location – but not for a lack of trying!!

But seriously, we cherish these rare opportunities to gather and celebrate with the G4 family. It’s very easy (and tempting!) to keep working and not find time to organize things like this. At one point in the evening we took a break from chatter to toast the great company (note the double entendre there), our year of accomplishments, and excitement for more great work and collaborations for 2018. A truly joyous and special evening!
