Congratulations to Harding Dowell on his promotion to Associate! Group 4 is lucky to have him providing leadership in public library and higher education markets including on projects for Spokane Public Library, College of Marin, and more. Harding recently served on the Lexington Mayor’s Commission for Racial Justice and Equality, reflecting his and the firm’s commitment to equitable and accessible projects that serve client and user needs.
