Nicole has exemplified the skills and spirit that Group 4 clients and communities know and expect from our team. Nicole takes pride in participating in projects beyond the blueprints, eagerly participating in community engagement for projects and always contributing to our low-ego, highly collaborative ethos.
Nicole Ghiselli
Nicole is one of Group 4’s most versatile designers, with experience across our recreation, library, civic, and transit markets. She is a passionate advocate for sustainable design and a key leader of G4’s Green Team.
Nicole’s leadership not only elevates project outcomes for our clients but also helps create an inclusive environment where ideas can flourish for our project teams. Working on diverse projects with many different users and stakeholders, Nicole understands that meeting people where they are, collecting and effectively synthesizing goals from as many voices as possible, and a commitment to a participatory design process are key to realizing beautiful and functional public spaces.
