Dawn Merkes

An active proponent of user-based planning and design, Dawn is Group 4’s community engagement lead. But Dawn is, in fact, a leader at every level in her work, ensuring not only that our projects grow and thrive, but that our firm and staff do as well. Dawn prioritizes our clients’ success and ownership of their projects – this attitude drives her philosophy of stakeholder involvement through the design process.

Dawn spends her free time with family enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s beach volleyball, fishing, or horseback riding, anywhere from California to Alaska and Hawaii.
