The City of Dublin’s Cultural Arts Needs Assessment found a strong and broad interest in expanded arts and cultural programming and recommended a dedicated visual and performing arts facility. Group 4 was commissioned to design the transformation of the former Police Services Wing of the Dublin Civic Center into a cultural arts facility to support multicultural programming that celebrates Dublin’s diverse community.
